Delivery & Exchange

As all are pieces and designs are custom-made for you. Firozi is a 100% handmade brand which contains organic fabric specifically dyed in a certain manner and/or hand-embroidered items and shall make all endeavours to deliver defect free products to the purchasers and to give you the best experience and flexibility, we offer a 48 hour no questions asked exchanges or refunds in the form of store credits. Size exchanges or alterations must be requested within 48 hours of receiving the product. Please note that "Made to Measure" orders are non-exchangeable and non-returnable as they are made as per your requested measurements. 

We offer free domestic shipping on all orders. International shipping rates are calculated as per your country at checkout.

In case of returns/exchanges, please note that our shipping provider charges a standard flat return pick-up fee of INR 150.

Sizing Issues? We offer free of charge alterations. Usually, the order is made according to our standard size guide or the measurements given to us in case of Made To Measure orders. However, in case of any alterations, please get in touch with our customer support representative at our Priority WhatsApp Support
